Mario Kart Tour celebrates the third anniversary of mobile games

It’s hard to believe that Mario Kart will be celebrating its third birthday. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe released in 2019, offering an exciting array of racers to control, and the new tracks that are becoming popular on Nintendo Switch thanks to the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Pass DLC.

Well, time is a cruel mistress. We were now looking at the third anniversary of the Mario Kart Tour. Luckily, fans can celebrate, as the third anniversary tour continues with plenty of extras and new exploration options. The second set of Visits Challenges is now available and you can use 48 Rupees to unlock if you meet the requirements.

There is also something quite different about token shops; Metal Mario, Pink Gold Peach and many other items are already available. During the three-anniversary event, you can earn up to thirty rubies and thirty-three coins. Likewise, the white mii race suit rewards anyone who finishes at level 50 or higher, before the second half of the Anniversary Tour ends.

If you love Mario Kart, a few courses may be made available in the third pack of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Pass (DLC), featured in the latest Nintendo Direct series of 2022.
