ITC Group hotels go digital and launch mobile app for room booking and food delivery

New Delhi: ITC’s Hospitality Group has launched a mobile app through which customers will have access to services such as room reservations, restaurant reservations, food delivery and takeaway, essential elements of membership Loyalty, and more, at ITC Hotels, Welcomhotels and select Fortune Hotels.

Reservations

Customers can book their stay at over 55 hotels and resorts through the mobile app. If you are an ITC Club member, you can also save up to 10% on room reservations with exclusive rates reserved for Club ITC members and earn and redeem Club ITC green points for stays booked directly. As an exclusive, limited-time offer, Club ITC members can also earn 500 bonus green points for materialized room reservations.

Business travelers can book stays at their organization’s contracted corporate rates through the app, making the entire booking process simple and easily accessible at any time.

The app enables food delivery and takeaways in 14 cities – Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Goa, Agra, Jaipur, Vadodara, Amritsar, Coimbatore, (Bhubaneswar and Guntur coming soon).

Customers can now order their favorite dishes from iconic kitchen brands at home via Gourmet sofa – ITC Hotels pan India food delivery initiative via app. Customers can order through a common shopping cart where they can place an order from multiple signature menus in a single order, order combos or set menus.

Table reservations

Table reservations at over 75 ITC Hotels & Welcomhotels restaurants can also be made using the mobile app.

ITC Club members and those who hold the ITC Culinary Club membership can manage their accounts on their phone and track points, transactions, member status and more. The ITC mobile app is available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
