Call of Duty: Mobile season 1, 2022: full patch notes and updates
Call of Duty: Mobiles the first season of 2022 is here.
The new season, which is called Heist, will mark the Lunar New Year. And many in-game features have been added to the game for the occasion. This includes Red Envelope mode and Nuketown Temple. Two new weapons, maps, modes, and other additions are also coming to the game this season.

Battle Pass
To free
Many camouflages, blueprints and other items will be available in the free pass. Here are two highlights:

Hacienda
- black ops 4 Hacienda arrives at COD: Mobile in the first season.
Nuketown Temple
- The Nuketown map is getting a makeover in anticipation for the Lunar New Year.
New tactical grenade

- When the Stormball is thrown, a spherical barrier is formed. It blocks enemy line of sight and also prevents enemies inside from regenerating health.
New game modes
Robbery
- The new season is named after this game mode.
- As the name suggests, players must loot gold coins from safes while eliminating enemies to claim victory.
Search and destruction of payments
- Payout Search and Destroy joins the Ranked MP Playlist for a limited time.
Confirmed red envelope
- This mode is a 10-vs-10 Kill Confirmed, but themed around the Lunar New Year.
- Instead of dog tags, players must collect red envelopes.
Map update
Tunisia
- Updated Wine Cellar skylights for players to throw various props through the skylights.
Other updates
- Activision has added a feature where attachments will remain equipped when switching shots.
- The quality of the model in the MVP Killcam has been optimized.
- A zoom function has been added in the map display to draw the orbital laser line.
- Screen freezing and frame drops when using the MQ-27 Dragonfire and Hawk X3 have been mitigated.
- Account progression and weapon experience gains for MPs have been balanced.
- The M13’s momentum has been adjusted to match the weapon’s sprint speed.

Functions update
- When attachments are actively dropped, players will no longer pick up attachments of the same type or any quality class within 30 seconds.
- The pickup failure rate when players are experiencing a bad network has been mitigated.
- Viewer advanced attachments display has been enlarged.
- The environmental sound effect has been optimized while players are in nature.
- The text prompt when players exit BR mode has been updated.
Gameplay Adjustment
Sniper Challenge Mode Adjustmentss
- All pistol weapons except the MW11 will no longer spawn in this mode.
- The recommended list of custom sniper rifles and gear has been updated. When there is no sniper rifle in the backpack, a custom sniper rifle recommended by the designer will be displayed.
New function
- You can now enter spectator mode with Warfare mode.
Optimized map
- The Blackout map structure has been adjusted to optimize gameplay and overall performance.
- Some snow and ice areas have been added to Blackout.
New weapons
Kilogram 141
- Kilo 141 is a fully automatic assault rifle and deals higher damage on headshots. It has a medium fire rate and damage.
PPSh-41
- The PPSh-41 is a low precision SMG. Its large magazine makes it ideal for hip-firing enemies at close range.
New weapons inspection
- A new inspect functionality has been added for certain mythic weapons.
Optimization of combat performance
Mouth smoke effect
- Activision added different effects for different types of muzzle fire smoke.
- The developers have also added effects for the heat dissipation smoke through the mouth. Heat dissipation smoke from the muzzle will start to appear after more than 10 continuous shots.
Weapon Performance Update
- Weapon handling has been improved.
- Action models for throwing grenades have been optimized.
- The realistic view effect has been improved.
- Performance of gun sway when hip firing and moving ADS has been optimized.

Clan War Update
- The personal contribution rules have been adapted. Players will now need to team up with other clan members for node competitions to increase the weekly clan credit reward coefficient and get character shard rewards.
- Entry restrictions have also been changed.

Multiplayer
QXR
- Level 3 range damage increased from 22-19-16-12 to 22-19-18-12.
- First period range increased: Eight to 10 yards.
RAM
- Tactical reload time: 4 to 3.4 seconds
- Empty reload time: 5 to 4.1 seconds
PP19
- First range damage: 26 to 28
- Headshot Damage Rate: 1.2 to 1.3
- Chest damage ratio: 1 to 1.15
DR-H
- Increased range in the first segment: seven to nine meters
- Increased range in the second segment: 13 to 15 meters
- Tactical reload time: 2.3 to 2.1 seconds
- Empty reload time: 2.8 to 2.5 seconds
Sector D13
- Ejection time: Three to four
- Ammunition: One to two
Scorestreaks
- Players will now have to wait a certain amount of time when using canceled score streaks that must be used by clicking on the minimap.
- XS1 Goliath cool down time after overheating has been reduced.
Hawk X3 aim assist has been improved.
Operator skill
- Purifier fire rate, direct damage, and number of initial bullets increased.
Ranked Matches Update
Multiplayer
- Solo players will earn more ranked points when matched against a pre-made team lobby.
- The new season ranking reset rules have been adjusted for the top 5,000 players.
- Calling Card rarity for the top 5,000 players has been adjusted to Legendary starting this season.
- The preset team composition offsets when matchmaking have been improved. Match chances against different team sizes are now significantly lower.
- The matchmaking bands at the start of the season have been widened as there are not many high level players at the start of the season. Solo players will be matched against players of similar or lower rank.
- Team Deathmatch/Frontline rank bonuses now depend more on personal performance than match outcome.
Other System Updates
Load adjustment
- Players can now change their loadouts while queuing for matches.
Sensitivity adjustment
- Gyro now has separate settings for firing sensitivity and normal state sensitivity.
- Scope Accuracy now has separate adjustments for the Red Dot Sight and Holographic Sight to improve player handling.
Jump Control Update
- Advanced control for jumping and climbing in settings has been added. If this option is selected, players will need to press the jump up button to climb walls. This will prevent players from accidentally climbing up walls.
Battle royale medicine settings
- Medicine setting for BR health item recommendation can now be disabled to avoid item changes in user hotkeys.
